Edingale Parish Council has been forwarded the road closure notice - several days after the work began. The road may be closed until 19th November.
Lichfield District Council is seeking the views of residents on the new Local Plan. The consultation will be open until the 11th of December. You are invited to review the proposed summary and respond to the five questions provided or complete the more detailed questionnaire.
The junction of Harlaston Road and Scotland Lane will be closed for tree and vegetation clearance on the 25th of November. Alternative routes through Croxall or Lullington will be available.
Citizen's Advice recently asked local parish councils if advice sessions in their areas would be useful.

A project at Pessall Brook near Edingale is aiming to provide additional flood storage along with the creation of a new wetland area.
It is being carried out by the Trent Rivers Trust to enhance the River Mease and surrounding waterways.

There is a proposal to install a pipeline to take treated discharge from sewage works at Measham and Packington in North West Leicestershire to the River Trent. The route of the pipeline is not yet finalised and may no longer be taken along the Mease Valley but be taken to the Tame at Elford; land surveys are currently taking place. Further information will be passed on when we receive it but there has been no consultation with Parish Councils so far.
